How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Customer Support
Email us at sup@functionalresearchlabs.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. -
Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the product. -
Pack & Ship
Carefully pack the product in a secure box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered. -
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or ship the replacement product (if you requested an exchange). Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund or exchange to be completed.Refund Details
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sup@functionalresearchlabs.com
- Provide photos or videos clearly showing the damage or defect.
- We’ll either replace the item at no additional cost or provide a full refund—whichever you prefer.
Refund Details
- Refund Method: We issue refunds to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account after we’ve received and inspected the returned product.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective item).
